A video has emerged in which a South African police officer could be seen praying for a pastor who violated lockdown orders before arresting him.
In the video which has since gone viral, the police officer could be seen praying before arresting the pastor for holding a church gathering when mass gatherings have been prohibited during the lockdown in South Africa.
President Cyril Ramaphosa declared lockdown in South Africa to contain the spread of coronavirus in the country.

The governor made the disclosure in Ibadan on Friday, April 17, while briefing newsmen on the outcome of the state COVID-19 taskforce meeting held at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan.
He said: “If you must leave your house to any public place, then you must wear face mask.”
According to Governor Makinde, the state government will produce an initial one million face masks to kick-start the mask-wearing policy in the state.
